Claire: Hey, astro lover. Before we get into today's episode, I wanna let you know about a special offer I have in December, 2025. It's called the Cosmic CEO Blueprint. If you have been loving these planet powered business podcast episodes, you want to book a cosmic CEO blueprint. As you know by now, when you use your astrology chart to build your business, you create something that's not only joyful, but profitable in the cosmic CEO blueprint.

We'll use your astrology chart to clarify what you do, why you do it, who you do it for, and how you do it. If you don't iron out these details first, you're gonna have to start over and over and over again in your business until something sticks. If something ever sticks, and you're gonna waste a lot of time creating products and services that collect digital dust, I wanna help you skip all of that with this astrological shortcut.

After the cosmic CEO blueprint, you'll know the greater why behind your work. Your professional pathway and what sets you apart from the competition, the problem you're cosmically wired to solve, and the result you're cosmically wired to give and your ideal client and how to connect with them authentically.

Again, if you've been following along with this Planet Power Business podcast series and loving it, this is for you, and this appointment will take everything I've been talking about in the podcast so far in the clarify step and apply it to your chart and business. I have something really big brewing for intuitive entrepreneurs in 2026, but if you wanna work with me in a deeper and longer capacity, the cosmic CEO blueprint is the first step.

So if you're interested in doing what I'm doing in 2026, you wanna start here? If you're ready to leverage your astrological edge and create business success, I want you to book a cosmic CEO blueprint at the link in the description. Okay, onto the episode. Hey, Astro lover. Welcome back to I Talk to Planets.

This is your host, Claire Gallagher, author, astrologer, and cosmic business strategist. Today, we're continuing our. Planet Power Business Series, this is part four. Highly recommend you listen to parts one through three first because they all build on one another. So as a refresher, there are three phases to building a planet Power business.

The first phase is to clarify what in the world this business is, how you do it, why you do it, and who you do it for. We are finally moving to phase two today, which is to codify your business. We'll talk all about that in a second. And the last phase is to amplify your business or to spread the word. So, so far we've clarified why your business exists with the sect light or the sun or moon.

We've determined how you do what you do with the Midheaven and its ruler, what problem you solve or result you offer based on strong or weak planets in your chart and who you do it for with your seventh house and its ruler. Now we're gonna switch gears and start building systems, structures and plans that allow you to build a sustainable and profitable business without burning out.

If you skip this step, you are going to speed towards exhaustion. You're gonna get overwhelmed before you even get to phase three, which is to share the word about your business, to market, to sell, and all of that good stuff. So systems create safety. They create sustainability. They allow your business to go the distance they allow it to last.

There are a lot of topics that we could cover in phase two of codify, including weekly schedules, long-term planning. But I wanna start with offer structure or building a service that is not only profitable, but sustainable because it aligns with your astrology chart. And when I say align with your astrology chart, I mean that it fits the way you naturally work.

Best. So for example, we're not all built to offer year long coaching packages or intense VIP days or week long retreats. Some of us work better in groups, some of us work better one-to-one. And your astrology chart has clues about all of this stuff, about the type of structure and delivery package that'll feel the most natural and organic for you.

Right now. You might be struggling with services that deplete you or don't support you. This is the episode for you. But before we dive in, I wanna emphasize that this is. Called packaging of a service, and it's probably the most popular step. It's like figuring out what's included, but it's not the most important step.

The most important step is understanding what problem your service solves and what result it offers. And this is what we talked about in part two, which was called design Services That Sell with your Astrology chart. When I say structure or package, and I'm talking about a service, I mean things like, is it offered as a large group, like a community?

Is it a small, intimate group? Is it an individual one-to-one service? Is it long or short? Is it live or a synchronous? Is it done for you, done with you, do it yourself? Is it a hybrid model? Essentially? Again, this is what's included and how it is given to the client. There are two places we're gonna look for clues on your package design, and that's Saturn and the moon.

So your ideal package is gonna be a mesh between those two planets. Saturn is the planet of structure in astrology, and its placement in your chart contains clues about the type of containers that'll last the longest for you. The ones that'll be the most natural. These are also the structures that will tend to create the firmest foundation for your business, which is what we want.

The moon represents your needs and how your energy flows, which is another nod to sustainability, as well as how you give and receive care the best. So when you're supporting other people, you really wanna understand how you do this naturally via your moon sign. And plus, if you wanna feel nurtured and regenerated by your own business, you wanna build services that jive with your natal moon.

Today we're gonna talk about the zodiac sign placement of your Saturn and Moon. Its element, fire, air, earth, or water, and its mode. Cardinal, fixed or mutable. But I as always want you to remember that the holistic condition of these planets, including aspects, house placements, speed, visibility, all of that really matters as well.

Let's start with cardinal structures. So the cardinal signs are Aries, Libra, cancer, and Capricorn. So if you have Saturn in one of these signs or the moon in one of these signs, I'm talking to you. So cardinal structures of services typically are shorter in duration containers, and they have a very specific goal or specific outcome.

The focus of this package should be on whether or not the outcome is achieved, like it's a pass fail, it happened or it didn't happen. So ideas for shorter duration containers include like a VIP day, a sprint, some type of challenge, or maybe a service package that lasts just a week or maybe one month.

Regardless, it needs to have a clear, uh, outcome or a goal that's like non-negotiable. And then we move to the fixed structures. So the fixed signs are Taurus, Scorpio, Leo, and Aquarius. So fixed signs happen right in the middle of a season, so right in the middle of autumn or right in the middle of winter.

And they have this. Essence of consistency and durability and longevity. So if we superimpose this onto offer design, the fixed signs are going to appreciate longer duration containers that focus on consistency. So maybe these are 3, 6, 9, or 12 month containers or retainer models where a client is working with you for a long period of time.

Typically, a fixed. Service has a signature process or framework that it follows. And another thing that might happen is it's a closed container, so it might close its doors at a specific time or date, and no new people can enter once it's closed. So it has a very clear beginning and end date and a very clear container about who is part of the group.

If it's a group. And then we have our mutable structures. The mutable signs are Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, and Pisces. And these signs occur at the end of a season, so when the season is transitioning from one to the next. And this makes mutable signs really good at hybrid models, at juggling a lot of different things and at transitions.

So in terms of offer structure, I imagine this as a medium length container. So it could be a month, could be a quarter or tier that focus on a transformation because mutable signs are flexible. It might not matter to them if people are entering and leaving simultaneously. Maybe they have open doors to their offer at all times and a continuous sort of rolling enrollment.

Mutable structures could also be hybrid, so they might incorporate a mixture of one-to-one and group work, or maybe a mixture of live work and asynchronous stuff. Now let's talk about the element of your Saturn or your Moon, and we're gonna start with fire. The fire signs are Aries, Leo, or Sagittarius.

Fire is extremely dynamic and energetic. It is the most dynamic of the elements. So when I think about offer structures or delivery that requires this type of dynamism, I'm thinking about live classes or appointments. So. You have the capacity and always have the choice to do group work or done with you work, but typically fire signs do best with a singular one-to-one focus, and they tend to do really well with fast, efficient stuff.

They appreciate speed. The earth signs are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn, and this is much slower than fire. It's much more measured, much more practical, a little bit more reserved, and so instead of pressuring yourself to do live. Uh, appointments or live classes, maybe you wanna lean more on asynchronous assets in your offer, so maybe prerecorded video or prerecorded audio.

You might wanna focus more on hard deliverables or deliverable assets, so maybe you make templates for your clients. Maybe you make worksheets, maybe you write copy. Maybe you do design assets. My point is your client is really going to appreciate your thoroughness. Your organization and the step-by-step sort of processes that you bring to the package.

So again, examples of this would be like a worksheet or um, some type of PDF ebook that leads them through something or an online course. That's really like step one, step two, step three. The air signs are Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius, and similar to fire. This is a very dynamic element. It's a very social element, and it loves to exchange information.

It loves to chat. So live classes or live appointments are really probably the best for Air Saturns or air moons, and there's. A real desire usually to connect with people in real time. So there needs to be usually a community component or some type of group component, or at least the ability for participants to ask questions, leave comments, and engage with the material.

Air signs really appreciates speed and feedback. They wanna talk it out. So allowing your clients to receive feedback. Like if they're, for example, maybe you're, um, a copywriting mentor and your students are writing website copy. Maybe giving them live feedback would be something. A part of your package that they would really appreciate.

And then we have the water signs, which are cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces. Now this is the coolest, the slowest element in astrology. And so again, we're thinking about, um, structures that require less live face time and more asynchronous, slower assets. So prerecorded video or audio would probably be best here and there is.

A connection component with water, it's a very emotional element. It's wet and in astrology when something is wet, it creates mixture and meshes things together and combines things. So I'm thinking intimate small group work where people can share the emotional journey of whatever it is that you're offering.

Regardless, this container is gonna be deeper and slower, and there really needs to be a feeling of safety. So a random example of this might be asynchronous audio check-ins on Voxer or something like that. Let's do some examples to help ground this information down. So let's say we have Saturn in Aquarius and the moon in Libra.

So we wanna think about where these signs overlap and where they are different. So, Saturn and Aquarius, moon and Libra, these are both air signs and where they different is their mode. So, um, Aquarius is fixed and Libra is Cardinal. We know that air signs typically do really well with live classes or appointments.

We know that whatever they offer needs to have a social component between these live touchpoints. So whether that's some type of live community or the ability for the client to pop in and ask questions along the way, or maybe receive feedback again with our copywriting example, if they're working on something by themselves.

Now, what about where they're different? So we have a fixed sign that likes longer containers. And we have a cardinal sign that appreciates shorter containers and result-based containers. So this is where you might need to compromise to create an offer that gives love to both sides. So I would kinda meet in the middle, and so an example of this might be a six week live group class with a Slack channel for feedback.

Okay? There's so many ways that you can create an offer based on these placements, but that's just what came to me first. Let's do another example. Let's pretend you have, or your business has Saturn and Pisces, which is Mutable water and the moon in Capricorn, which is Cardinal Earth. So where these overlap is that both these elements, water and earth, are cooler and slower.

So this is gonna immediately make me think of cooler, slower delivery, and package models. So less live stuff and maybe more asynchronous support, more done for you assets or do it yourself services. It might feel really good to give your clients tangible things like worksheets or templates, and let's think about where these signs are different.

So we have water that still really wants to connect deeply, and then we have Capricorn that could kind of do with or without the connection. It just wants to get things done. So maybe we combine all of this together and create an offer that's a highly structured and practical prerecorded online course with a small group cohort that meets periodically for support.

So we've got that, um, online course practicality, that's the Capricorn, and in the small group cohorts that meet for support periodically. That's the Pisces. I'm gonna leave you with some planet channeling prompts for you to play with as you're designing your own offer, package and structure. If you don't know how to Planet Channel, I have a free webinar all about it.

It'll walk you through all the basics because there's quite a lot to it. It's easy, but I want you to know how to do it so you can find that webinar@astrologywithclaire.com slash clarity. Okay, here are your prompts. First one is Saturn. What does your Zodiac sign reveal about my most sustainable and profitable offer structure?

Moon, what does your Zodiac sign reveal about my most nurturing and regenerative offer structure? And then we're gonna combine them together. Saturn and Moon, how can we combine your needs to create my ideal offer structure? Where do your needs overlap? Asher Lover. Thank you so much for listening. I hope this was helpful.

It's your turn to structure a service, make a killer package with your Saturn and your Moon. Let me know what sign those planets are in for you and what fun structure you've created to support how you do things naturally. I'll talk to you next week.
